Technical Calculations
The information gathered during the initial roof survey enables us to offer a full design service including system drawings, u-value calculations, and condensation risk analysis, all of which is produced in accordance with current building regulations.
In addition, the roof survey will allow our Technical Services Team to determine whether existing details such as low lying window sills or existing door thresholds will affect any proposed insulation schemes.
Bespoke Roofing Specifications
For every project we work on our dedicated Technical Services Team produces a bespoke specification. Each specification includes: Project specific detail drawings Tapered insulation plans and roof layouts (where required) U-Value Calculations Wind Load Calculations Condensation Risk Analysis.
