Durus S200

The S200 is a pioneering new fibre that is now part of ADFIL’s range of Durus synthetic fibres. The macro synthetic fibre has been designed to replace traditional steel reinforcement for a wide range of construction applications with the benefits of increased performance, reduced costs and health and safety advantages.


Durus S200 has been specifically formulated for use in improving the post crack load carrying capacity of ground supported concrete slabs .Testing completed to date includes notched beam tests to NBN EN 14651 and centrally loaded round panels in accordance to ASTM C1550-05.

Durus S300

Durus S300 are monofilament macro synthetic fibres that are extruded, embossed and then specifically cut into the required lengths for a wide range of concreting applications. It can be used in ready mixed concrete, precast and sprayed concrete applications both above and in underground situations.


The embossment improves the bond within the concrete and so reduces pull-out and enhances the concretes performance. The macro synthetic fibre has been designed to replace traditional steel reinforcement and steel fibres with the benefits of increased performance, reduced costs and health and safety advantages.


The Durus S300 has satisfied the criteria set out in BS 6920: Part 1: 2000 which means that the fibre can be used in concrete that is in contact with water intended for human consumption. The fibre is also non-corrosive and will provide all clients with long-term integrity solutions.

Fibremesh - 650

Fibermesh 650 is an engineered graded macro-synthetic fibre featuring e3 patentented technology manufactured to an optimum gradation and highly oriented to allow greater surface area contact within the concrete resulting in increased interfacial bonding and flexural toughness efficiency.

Fibremesh® 650 is specifically engineered and manufactured in an ISO9001:2000 certified facility for use as concrete reinforcement particularly for low dosage applications.
