Dramix Ready

Dramix® READY, the steel fibre reinforcement from industry specialist Bekaert, has set a new standard for innovative concrete. The minimum dosage of 1 bag/2 m3 concrete is already sufficient to replace shrinkage reinforcement without any adaptation to your concrete mix.

  • READY to dose: Dramix® READY is prepacked in a handy bag of 16 kg. With 1 bag for each 2 cubic metre concrete, the handling is still comfortable and this makes the dosing fast and easy.

  • READY to mix: Dramix® READY fibres are engineered in such a way to offer fast and perfect mixing, so no need to change your concrete mix. They can be integrated at the plant mixer or at the truck mixer.

  • READY to pump: Using a 100 mm hose wire, Dramix® READY can be pumped at a speed of 40m3/hour.

  • READY to finish: Dramix® READY re inforced concrete is easy to float and to finish, giving almost fibre free surfaces.

Novocon HE 1060

Novocon® HE 1060, steel fibres are designed specifically for the reinforcement of concrete, mortars and other cementitious mixes. Novocon® HE 1060 is a cold drawn wire fibre, deformed with hook ends to provide optimum performance within the concrete mix. Novocon® HE 1060 steel fibres are European Standard EN 14889-1:2006 compliant and have been specifically designed to meet or exceed the defined performance requirements.

ADVANTAGES & BENEFITS

  • Provides uniform multi-directional concrete reinforcement
  • Increases crack resistance, ductility, energy absorption or toughness of concrete
  • Improves impact resistance, fatigue endurance and shear strength of concrete
  • High tensile strength fibre bridging joints and cracks to provide tighter aggregate interlock resulting in increased load carrying capacity
  • Provides increased ultimate load bearing capacity which allows possible reduction of concrete section
  • Requires less labour to incorporate into concrete than conventional reinforcement
  • Offers economical concrete reinforcement solutions with greater project scheduling accuracy
  • Ideally suited for hand or vibratory screeds, laser screeds and all conventional finishing equipment.
