Frequently Asked Questions

When can I place my last order using my Cromar account?
  • The last date for processing Cromar sales orders is 23rd March 2026 
  • All deliveries required post this date must be received by this date. 
  • Orders placed on your existing Sika account are not affected. 
What if I need Cromar products after this date?
  • Continue ordering but address your purchase order to Sika Limited and send to distribution.sales@uk.sika.com. 
  • Orders will be entered into our integrated system ahead of the cutover. 
What happens to my accounts after 31st March 2026?
  • Your Cromar account will be inactive. 
  • All invoices from this date will be issued under Sika Limited. 
Can I place orders for Cromar and Sika products on one order?

Yes! From 24th March 2026 all products can be ordered on a single purchase order using your current Sika contact details. 

Who do I speak to if I have a query?

Cromar colleagues will be fully connected to Sika systems This means you can continue to speak to your normal account manager. 

Do you have the latest version of the Terms & Conditions?

Yes — our Terms & Conditions have been updated, effective 2nd February 2026. The main changes relate to our product returns process, which has been streamlined to make returns quicker and easier. There’s no action needed from you; continuing to purchase from us after this date means you accept the updates.
