In May 2023, Sika closed the acquisition of MBCC Group, a leading global supplier of construction chemicals.
For you, our valued customers and business partners, the acquisition brings two complimentary portfolios together, offering a greater number of products and additional innovative and sustainable solutions you will benefit from.
In the coming months we will fully integrate and rebrand the Master Builders Solutions1 product portfolio into the Sika product portfolio. This means you will benefit from an optimised portfolio, offering the best products and solutions from both worlds under the Sika brand.

What if I can't find the product I am looking for in the documents?
Please fill out the form below with the product that is missing and we will respond within 72 hours. If you have details of a project then please share these too as there may be an even better solution given our combined product portfolios.
An alternative product is listed but I'd like to discuss this with my Account Manager to ensure suitability
Please reach out to your local Account Manager who will be able to work with you and advise on the best possible solution for your project/s.
Does this mean that some products are no longer available with immediate effect?
Where we have said that a comparable product will be replacing a Master Builders Solutions product it may not be with immediate effect. Whilst stocks last you will be able to continue to order these. If you are not sure please contact the Customer Service team at Redditch, or your local account manager.
When will we start to see the new packaging?
As Master Builders Solutions branded inventory runs out, you will start to see the rebranded products enter the market. To help you identify the legacy Master Builders Solutions products there will be a 'formerly XYZ' identifier on packaging and correspondents for an interim period of time.
Am I able to combine my orders between Sika and MBCC?
Sika and MBCC continue to operate as separate legal entities so unfortunately we are not able to process combined orders for Sika and Master Builders Solutions products. We are working very hard to integrate our systems so once this is complete we will be able to process your combined order. We will of course keep you posted on progress.

1 To comply with regulatory requirements, the brand “Master Builders Solutions” is not owned by Sika and after a transition period Sika must therefore rebrand all Master Builders Solutions products in our portfolio to a Sika branding. Only the branding will change, the highly appreciated MBCC products will continue to be offered under the new branding.
