Sika is looking for an experienced Quality System Coordinator to join its growing location in Grandview for our Automotive and Industry team.

The Quality System Coordinator at Sika will play a key role in Developing and maintaining several core elements of the QS 9000 Quality System; develops policies and procedures to ensure that document control needs of organization are met.

D - Shift     Thursday - Saturday (Every other Wednesday) 6P - 6A   12-hr Shift

  • Maintains and distributes all controlled documents and MSDS.
  • Maintains formats and internal drawings for use in part books and master files.
  • Maintains parts list.
  • Maintains RMS sheets and oversees the raw materials files including packaging and vendor files.
  • Maintains current parts list.
  • Maintains batch ticket distribution from PTG to QC files and historical records.
  • Aids in maintaining bar code labels.
  • Performs monthly QIR analysis.
  • Maintains a library of current industry and customer standards and requirements.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • High School Education required.  Business school certified or equivalent experience in a clerical capacity.
  • Document Control.
  • Internal Audit administration and management.
  • CAR Maintenance.
  • Coordination of PPAP submissions.
  • QIR analysis.
  • Quality Engineering Support.
  • Working knowledge of Automotive Industry technology, methodology, and practices of control of documents.
  • Working knowledge of QS 9000 Quality System requirements and auditing,
  • Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency with specific PC Software applications.
  • Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Self-starter who performs with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrated customer service attitude and demeanor.
