  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans for the assigned territory.
  • Conduct product testing and present value propositions to customers.
  • Resolve customer issues and provide monthly status reports to Line Manager
  • Optimize concrete mix designs in collaboration with customers and technical teams.
  • Gather information from the market and customer related to demand, performance required and 
    financial status.
  • In charge of coordinating information and documentation between Sika Vietnam and external 
    stakeholder (customer, owner, etc.)
  • Co-ordinate with other departments such as: Pricing, Credit, Customer Service, Finance to ensure 
    that quotes, contract, debts, delivery, dispenser, after delivery services are aligned with Sika policies.
  • Achieve both short and long-term sales goals.
  • Other tasks as assigned by Line Manager

Your expertise - Our strength

  • Bachelor's degree in any related field of studies, candidates with Construction/Chemical background is an advantage.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Building Materials/Chemical industry, especially in Concrete industries.
  • Good organizational and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Able to travel when required.
  • Skillful Microsoft applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Fair English skills
