About the Role

At Sika, we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Product Manager to take ownership of our Tiling portfolio (Tiling adhesives and grouts) and drive its success in the market.

What you will do

▪ Manage and develop the product portfolio, ensuring strong market positioning
▪ Lead product launches and oversee the full product lifecycle
▪ Monitor market trends, competition, and customer needs
▪ Provide technical support and training to customers and internal teams
▪ Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Technical, and R&D teams
▪ Contribute to brand visibility through events, presentations, and technical sessions

Your Skills and Experience

✔ Minimum 5 years of experience in construction materials (Technical / Sales / Marketing)
✔ Strong product management and market analysis skills
✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
✔ Proactive, customer-oriented mindset with strong ownership

Education

🎓 University degree (Technical or Economic field preferred)

Languages

🌍 English – Advanced
🇷🇴 Romanian – Fluent
