Shelf Life

Use 12 months from date of manufacture.

Storage Conditions

Store in cool dry conditions away from direct sunlight between +5 °C and +25 °C. Storage outside these parameters will dramatically reduce the shelf life.

Application steps

SUBSTRATE PREPARATION

  • Surfaces must be clean and free from dust, grease, loose material etc.
  • Prime dusty surfaces with Sika® PVA diluted 1:4 with water and allow to dry.
  • Apply using a standard C4 sealant gun, cut tip of cartridge, apply nozzle and cut an opening to suit the required bead size.

CLEANING OF TOOLS

Clean up excess adhesive immediately with a cloth/white spirits or Sika® Wonder Wipes.

Cured material should be removed mechanically.
