EVERBUILD® Pro-Fill

2-part high performance, professional, multi-purpose filler

EVERBUILD® Pro-Fill is a 2 part high performance multi-purpose filler, consisting of a grey coloured polyester paste with a Benzoyl Peroxide hardener.  When cured, EVERBUILD® Pro-Fill forms a strong hard mass, which offers excellent abrasion resistance and durability. EVERBUILD® Pro-Fill is suitable for use on timber, metal shuttering, concrete and GRP.

Usage

  • Repairing cracks and gaps in wood, metal, concrete and GRP.
  • Filling holes in damaged wooden or metal shuttering.

Shelf Life

24 months in original, unopened container at stated storage temperature.

Application steps

MIXING

100 parts paste to 2 parts hardener w/w

APPLICATION

Mix only sufficient EVERBUILD® Pro-Fill for immediate requirements.  Place an amount of EVERBUILD® Pro-Fill Paste (about the size of a golf ball) onto a non-porous board, then squeeze a small amount of Everbuild Wood Hardener from the tube (about the size of a pea) next to the paste.  Mix the EVERBUILD® Pro-Fill Paste and the hardener to thoroughly blend the two.

Ensure that the material is scraped clear of the mixing board and spatula at least once to ensure complete mixing. Apply with a plastic spatula or similar implement and contour the EVERBUILD® Pro-Fill to the desired shape. Leave sufficiently proud of the surface to allow for sanding.
