P26 Biocide

A rapid action biocide for underfloor and central heating systems

Everbuild P26 Biocide is a high strength, rapid-attacking biocide designed for use with all central heating systems and underfloor systems. This product contains three active biocidal ingredients that rapidly act to eliminate and prevent further formation of fungal growth and bacteria in heating systems.

Usage

Cleans and protects against a wide array of bacteria and fungal growth, including;
  • Algae
  • Pseudomonas 
  • Yeast
  • Mould
  • Biofilm
  • Legionella 
  • Sulphite-reducing bacteria (SRB's)

Storage Conditions

Store in tightly closed original container and keep in a dry, cool and well ventilated place. Keep away from freezing. Store at temperatures above 5 °C

Application steps

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

  • In open-vented systems, add via the feed and expansion tank.
  • In sealed systems, add via a radiator, filling loop or other point of entry, such as a towel rail.
  • Ensure the system is dosed with Everbuild P30 Protector after dosing with Everbuild P26 Biocide.
  • For heavily fouled systems, clean and flush the system thoroughly before dosing with Everbuild P26 Biocide.
  • Use Everbuild P26 Biocide as part of a sterilisation program, replenish every 6 months.
