A cementitious wall & floor tile grout for joints up to 15 mm wide

5 kg EVERBUILD® 730 Universal Flexible Grout is a cementitious grout designed specifically for wall and floor tile applications for joints up to 15 mm wide. The added powder polymer in EVERBUILD® 730 Universal Flexible Grout provides flexibility and water resistance to give a durable water repellent finish. Suitable for most common tiles including ceramic, natural stone and porcelain. EVERBUILD® 730 Universal Flexible Grout contains MouldShield® for long lasting anti-fungal protection against black mould.

Usage

  • Grouting floor and wall tiles on most surfaces up to 15 mm in joint width.
  • Recommended for grouting domestic, communal and power shower areas.
  • Suitable for use with ceramic, porcelain, quarry, natural stone tiles and mosaics.
  • Suitable for use with underfloor heating.

1.5 kg of grout per 5 sq.metres of 150 x 150 mm tiles with a joint width of 3 mm.
Application steps

APPLICATION

In a suitable container add approximately 3 parts powder to 1 part water and mix to a smooth paste. Always add powder to the water. Leave to stand for 2-3 minutes then remix. Do not mix more grout than can be applied in 45-60 minutes. Do not add further water to reconstitute the grout once it begins to cure as this will affect the final strength of the product.
Apply EVERBUILD® 730 Universal Flexible Grout using a sponge or a squeegee. Press the grout firmly into the joints ensuring no air voids are present. Remove any excess grout from the tiles whilst still wet. Remaining residues can be removed once the grout begins to cure (15-20 minutes) with a soft damp cloth or sponge. Dry residues can be removed once cured with a soft dry cloth. Clean all tools/equipment with warm soapy water after application.
Drying time 8-24 hours depending on size of joint. Do not walk on floors for at least 24 hours after application. Protect joints from running water until the grout has completely cured.
