EVERBUILD® 709 Floor-Flex Plus

Rubber Based latex additive for floor compounds & powder tile adhesives.

EVERBUILD® 709 Floor-Flex Plus is a milky white polymer emulsion designed to enhance the flexibility of powdered floor levelling compounds.

  • Greatly improved adhesion of self levelling screeds.
  • Mixes may be applied in much thinner sections.
  • A high level of resistance to salt permeation.
  • Much improved toughness and flexibility.
  • Reduced surface dusting of screeds.

Usage

As an admixture for floor levelling compounds, replacing all the water in the mix.

Shelf Life

Minimum of 12 months in original unopened containers.

Storage Conditions

Best stored at 5 - 30°C.  However if frozen, the latex should be thawed slowly and should preferably be stirred before use.

MIXING

Mix neat with floor levelling compounds in the ratio 5ltrs of EVERBUILD® 709 Floor-Flex Plus to 20kg of powder.
