SikaWall® Deep Gap Filler

Ready mixed filler for filling deep holes in one application.

SikaWall® Deep Gap Filler is a high-performance ready mixed filler, formulated with ceramic spheres, that can fill deep holes up to 50 mm in one application, with no need for secondary filling to build up or level off. SikaWall® Deep Gap Filler will not shrink, sag or crack and dries to a smooth, light grey finish, which requires little to no sanding and can be ready to paint or wallpaper in just 30 minutes. Suitable for repairs to wood, plaster, masonry, cement, stone, brick and rendering.

Usage

For filling holes up to 50 mm deep in plaster, brick, stone, wood, render, cement and masonry, including on ceilings. Interior use only.

Application steps

APPLICATION

Stir SikaWall® Deep Gap Filler to a smooth paste. If product is too dry, add a few drops of water and re-stir. Apply using a flexible filler knife, smoothing down to achieve a perfect surface that will not need sanding. When filling a large surface area, it may not always be possible to achieve a completely level finish. However, SikaWall® Deep Gap Filler is easy to sand if necessary. 

Deep holes up to 50 mm can be filled in one application with no need to build up in several layers. 

CLEANING OF TOOLS

All tools should be cleaned immediately after use with warm, clean water.  Alternatively, use Sika® Wonder Wipes.
