Sika® 404 Fungicidal Wash is a powerful, fast acting solution which is effective on most surfaces. It quickly removes mould, fungus and lichen from floors, walls, drives and roofs. It also leaves a residual surface to help prevent further infestation.

- Kills mould and fungal growth caused by damp on internal and external floors and walls.
- Kills mould and fungal growth on roofs prior to coating with bituminous coatings.
- Removes algae, lichen, green slime and fungal growth from patios, drives, glass, stone, ceramics, wood, concrete and many types of plastic.

24 months from date of manufacture when stored in original, unopened container under the recommended storage conditions.
Storage Conditions
Store in cool dry conditions away from direct sunlight in original packaging between +5 °C and +40 °C. STORE AWAY FROM CHILDREN. Protect from frost. Storage outside these conditions will dramatically reduce shelf life.

Yield
1 L will cover approximately 5-10 m² of surface depending on porosity of the surface, type and quantity of surface infestation.
APPLICATION
Always read label before use and wear suitable protective equipment. Supplied ready to use. Do not dilute. Remove all surface debris and growth from the area to be treated. Apply by brush or low pressure spray at a rate of 1 litre per 5 - 10 m2 depending on porosity of surface. Leave solution for 20 minutes. Finally, scrub with cold water until the surface is clean. Repeat process for badly infested areas. Take care not to allow residues to run directly into fresh watercourses.
