Fibreglass matting for the Acrypol Flexiglas system

Cromar® Acrypol Flexiglass Matting Fibreglass matting is a component of the Cromar Acrypol Flexiglass flat roofing system. The Cromar® Acrypol Flexiglass Matting mat is sandwiched between two layers of catalysed Cromar Flexiglass Matting. A high performance glass fibre chopped strand matting with high mechanical strength, the strands are bonded with a styrene-soluble emulsion binder.    

  • Is characterised by fast wet-out and wet-through, as well as easy air removal, which leaves a resin-rich surface.

Usage

  • Cromar® Acrypol Flexiglass Matting can be applied to almost any roof surface such as felt, asphalt, concrete and OSB3 TG board as a new roof covering.
  • Cromar® Acrypol Flexiglass Matting is designed for both new and refurbished roof applications.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

Apply the Acrypol Flexiglass reinforcement over wet primer then consolidate with a bubble buster roller.

Then apply the Acrypol Flexiglass Resin over the matting reinforcement and work in using a roller.
