Sika® Caulk Once
Sika® Caulk Once is a premium quality acrylic caulk, manufactured using an advanced high quality polymer to offer superior adhesion, low shrinkage and smooth tooling. Caulk Once is fast-drying and remains permanently flexible, allowing it to be over-painted or covered with wallpaper in just 1 hour, saving the user valuable time.

Usage

SUBSTRATE PREPARATION
All surfaces must be clean, dry and dust free. All loose or flaking surface coatings, and old sealant and mastic joints, should be removed before application. Highly porous substrates such as new plaster should first be primed with a dilution of Sika® Caulk Once with water at a ratio of 1:2. Can be applied to slightly damp surfaces.

Yes, once a surface skin has formed (typically within 1 hour), you can paint over it with most types of paints. However, lower-quality paints, especially some vinyl matt paints, may crack if excessive movement occurs.
Sika Caulk Once dries quickly and can be over-painted or covered with wallpaper in just 1 hour.
Excess Sika Caulk Once can be removed with a sponge and warm water before it fully cures. Once dried, removal may require mechanical methods.
