For low movement construction joints, sealing framework and general building uses

SikaSeal® Mould Resistant Caulk + is a high-quality, permanently flexible caulk and sealant suitable for a wide range of applications. Its mould-resistant formulation delivers a clean, durable finish without the need for sanding. Ideal for sealing joints and gaps, it adheres to most common construction materials including timber, plaster, brick, stone, PVCu, and concrete. Once cured, it can be overpainted with most paint types or wallpapered for a seamless result.

Application steps

SUBSTRATE PREPARATION

All surfaces must be clean and dust free. All loose or flaking surface coatings, and old sealant and mastic joints, should be removed before application. Highly porous substrates such as new plaster should first be primed with the appropriate Sika PVA diluted 1:4 with water. This product can be applied to slightly damp, but not wet surfaces.
