SikaSeal®-75

Two-part hard-setting mastic

SikaSeal®-75 is a two-part, hard-setting mastic that cures to form a durable, pick and chemical-resistant seal, engineered to withstand minor extension movements and substantial compression. This combination of strength and flexibility makes it well suited for challenging environments where durability and reliability are essential.

Usage

  • Ideal for cells, holding areas and secure perimeters requiring vandal resistant joints.
  • Perimeter securing of cell windows, doors and sanitaryware.

Shelf Life

30 months from date of manufacture when stored as directed.

Storage Conditions

Store in cool, dry conditions between +5  ̊C and +25  ̊C. Storage outside these parameters will dramatically reduce shelf life.

Chemical Resistance

Application steps

SUBSTRATE PREPARATION

Ensure surfaces are free from flaking material, dust, rust and grease. Degrease if necessary. During use, always wear impervious gloves and read safety warnings.

 

MIXING

Always add the complete contents of the Part B tin into Part A. Mix using a paddle mixer until homogeneous, approximately 2-3 minutes.

CLEANING OF TOOLS

Clean tools etc with xylene.
