- James has over 14 years’ Flat Roofing experience and is very passionate about ensuring clients and homeowners receive the best possible waterproofing solution for their roof that exceeds their expectations, both during installation and beyond.
- James has worked with Reinforced Bituminous Membranes (RBM), Single Ply (PVC) and Liquid Applied Membranes (PU) and appreciates each have their own unique strengths, benefits and aesthetic attributes. All should be considered when selecting a suitable flat roofing waterproofing solution for your needs.
- Away from work he is kept busy with his two boys and an amazing (very patient) wife. He is often reliving his youth, watching sport and films on TV or driving from here to there as needed. Whenever time permits, James tries to “exercise” or enjoy some well-earned R&R!

- Lorna joined the Roof Assured by Sika team in August 2022. She had previously worked at James Hardie selling Fibre Cement Cladding and also at Marley Eternit, selling Profile Sheeting into the Agricultural Market.
- Lorna enjoys building relationships with Stockists, Installers and Homeowners, and is continuously looking forward to thriving in the role as Business Development Manager for Roof Assured by Sika.
- Outside of work, Lorna has a keen interest in Interior Design and is always looking to move house, which can be an expensive hobby!
- As a very sociable person, Lorna has a large circle of friends and enjoys eating out on a regular basis. She also has a close family, which she likes to spend as much time as possible with.

- Amanda joined the Roof Assured by Sika team in June 2024. She had previously worked with electrical wholesalers and buying groups, specialising in LED lighting and solar storage. Prior to that she spent 15 years dealing with disaster restoration for major loss resulting from fire or flood.
- Amanda enjoys working with Installers and stockists building with her strength being relationship building and contract negotiation. She is looking forward to getting to know her new colleagues and growing in her role as Business Development Manager for Roof Assured by Sika.
- Outside of work, Amanda enjoys participating in running events including marathons and trail running, claiming it is a free sport she will not disclose how much her trainer collection cost!
- As a mum of four her life is kept busy with supporting sporting activities up and down the UK. In her spare time Amanda likes to travel and has many places on her bucket list to visit in the next few years.
