A three-part general purpose repair mortar.

EVERBUILD® EpoxySET 105 Standard Cure is a three-part general purpose repair mortar based on epoxy resin technology. EVERBUILD® EpoxySET 105 Standard Cure is formulated to withstand chemicals, impact and abrasion and can be used to repair concrete, screeds, stone, brick and steel in even the most demanding domestic and industrial situations. EVERBUILD® EpoxySET 105 Standard Cure is the ideal product for repairing floors, steps, pipes, kerbs and sills. EVERBUILD® EpoxySET 105 Standard Cure is also the ideal choice for repairing cracks in masonry and concrete.

Storage Conditions

Store in cool, dry conditions between 5 °C and 25 °C away from direct sunlight. Keep in original containers.

Application

Application Information

Pot Life

The pot life of this product is 20-25 minutes at 20 °C. Low temperatures will retard the cure. Do not apply below 4 °C.

Curing Time

Initial: 24 hours. Final: 7 days. Do not traffic for 24 hours.
Consumption

Consumption

4 kg of mixed product will cover approximately 0.6 m2 at 3 mm depth.

14 kg of mixed product will cover approximately 2.1 m2 at 3 mm depth.
Application steps

SUBSTRATE PREPARATION

Ensure surfaces are free from flaking material, dust, rust and grease. Saw/chisel edges to a defined area to a depth of 3 mm. When applying to steel, shot blast, grind, or emery to a bright finish and remove residues.

CLEANING OF TOOLS

Clean tools with finishing solvent / white spirit.
