How to Apply
What You Need
- Evercryl One Coat
- Stiff brush or broom
- Brush
- Protective gloves
- Safety glasses
- White spirit and Sika Wonder Wipes for clean up
Ensure the area to be repaired is free of any cracked, broken, or missing slates, tiles, or sheets prior to application.
- Clear the area of dust, dirt, and debris with a stiff brush.
- Remove any traces of algae using a stiff brush, or 404 Fungicidal Wash to completely clear the area.
- Check for cracks or splits, then fill with Black Jack 903 Bitumen Mastic to help the product bond.
- Stir the product well before use.
- Apply an even coat with by brush at a rate of 1-2 litres per square metre.
- Work from the furthest point backward to avoid touching wet areas.
- Avoid spreading too thin — the thickness ensures effectiveness.
- In extreme cases, a second coat may be required. Apply 2-3 days after initial application.
- Use Everbuild Brush Cleaner or Everbuild White Spirit to clean any brushes and Wonder Wipes on hand and tools.
- Fully cured after 6-7 days, depending on temperature and coating thickness
- Rain-resistant immediately after application
