Application

Application steps

SUBSTRATE QUALITY

The substrate should be clean, dry, prepared and primed in accordance with the project specification.

APPLICATION

Apply an initial layer of the SikaShield® Hot Melt 50/70 to the area and whilst still warm, fully embed the SikaRoof® Neoprene Reinforcement 1500 into the compound. Additional hot melt compound may be required to ensure the SikaRoof® Neoprene Reinforcement 1500 is fully embedded.
