FPO Roof Membranes
Sika’s FPO roof membranes are multi-layer, synthetic waterproofing sheets manufactured from flexible polyolefins (FPO), with a glass non-woven inlay, produced in accordance with EN 13956. These membranes can be joined using hot air welding and are designed to withstand UV exposure. FPO membranes may be recycled at the end of their service life, provided they have not been contaminated during use. Incineration of uncontaminated FPO membranes does not produce chlorine-containing emissions or other substances classified as hazardous.
