Sika has launched a free easy-to-use, easy-to-access external e-learning platform offering enhanced education and industry knowledge at no cost to the student. The new resource reflects the company’s commitment to supporting quality and continual development across the construction industry.

The Knowledge Centre from Sika enables customers and partners to develop and gain knowledge through a seamless learning experience that is easily accessible at times to suit them.

It is also a valuable tool for Sika to communicate with customers and partners on industry issues and new product innovations that affect their roles and projects.

Who can access the Knowledge Centre?

The Knowledge Centre is available today. It’s free, available to all and is designed with all levels of experience in mind. Users simply need to register.

It can be used to by organisations as a value-added service to provide further bespoke professional development to their teams direct from a recognised industry leader. The centre covers a wide-range of topics from basements, to roofing, DIY and everything inbetween.

A one-stop shop

The Knowledge Centre enables individuals or companies to manage their training on one platform. It features a range of e-learning courses and on demand webinars that will help companies to provide a dedicated training path to their team. It will also recognise the commitment from individuals as they progress.

The Knowledge Centre users will also be able to sign up to regular live webinars led by Sika experts. The live webinars will give the participants the opportunity to ask questions, during the dedicated Q&A sessions. If users cannot make the live webinars, past webinars will all be available in on demand areas, to view to suit.

What e-learnings are currently available within concrete?

The Knowledge Centre will be continually updated with industry insights and access to webinars and e-learning courses. Within the concrete area, users currently have access to five e-learning courses ranging from basic concrete technology through to fibre reinforced concrete where users will learn about types of concrete fibres and their varying benefits in use.
