Sika® Fibermesh®-300 (GB)

Micro-Synthetic Fibrillated Fibre

Sika® Fibermesh®-300 (GB), micro-reinforcment system for concrete is made up of 100 percent virgin polypropylene fibrillated fibres, containing no reprocessed materials. Engineered and manufactured in an ISO 9001 certified manufacturing facility for use in concrete.

Usage

Sika® Fibermesh®-300 (GB) is a micro fiber that acts mechanically by supporting the aggregate within the concrete with multidimentional fibre network and helps to develop a uniform bleed in the concrete system. The fibre does not affect the curing process chemically and it does not absorb water. Sika® Fibermesh®-300 (GB) can be used in all types of concrete applications to control plastic shrinkage and settlement cracking.   Typical applications include:

Packaging

Sika® Fibermesh®-300 (GB) e3 is available in 0.9 kg degradable bags. The bags are packed into boxes and palletized.

Dispensing

Sika® Fibermesh®-300 (GB) in degradable bags can be added directly to the plant mixer or concrete mixer truck after the batching of the other ingredients and mixed for 4 to 5 minutes or 70 revolutions.
