What changes are happening to the current admixture delivery service?

The service to you is predominently unchanged. From 1st March, we are transitioning from our current haulier Clarkes Transport to a new haulier Bowkers Transport. We plan to move to a fleet of specialised pump-over vehicles, with the back-up of a mobile pump-over service from Bowkers. This will be a transition over 3-5 months where you will begin to see the Sika fleet vehicles as part of your service.

Will lead times on my deliveries change?

No. The current lead times for deliveries will remain the same.

Will there be any changes to the processes for booking in Bowkers deliveries?

No. All processes will remain the same as they are presently for booking in on delivery.

Have drivers been fully trained in the use of the IBC vehicles?

Yes. All drivers will be trained and equipped correctly. Evidence of this training can be made available on request.
