78 new-build family homes at the heart of Scotland have been designed by Campion Homes, with Sika Dry Dash Render specified as the façade finish to these new properties in Crieff. With sixteen distinct house styles to choose from, the exteriors now boast a tough, durable and long-lasting render finish, perfectly complementing the other façade materials used on these contemporary properties at Strathearn Gait.
Valenco Rendering, a registered installer for Sika render products, were appointed by Campion Homes to apply the Sika dry dash render to the properties. "We’ve brought our experience and attention to detail to this new development, and the result is a site we’re genuinely proud of. Every finish reflects the high standard we hold ourselves to at Valenco. We’ve used Sika’s products across multiple projects, so we knew we could count on the quality of the materials and their support from start to finish,” comments Blair MacGregor, Company Director.
SikaWall-100 base coat was applied to the dense, concrete block substrate, followed by SikaWall-530 dry dash top coat, in white. A mix of Polar and Black and White coloured dry dash aggregate was then hand-applied to the top coat to provide the final façade finish for the different house styles. SikaWall-530 is a through-coloured mineral render, available in a range of colours, and is a trusted and reliable render product used on new build or refurbished properties.
