When applied to a correctly prepared even substrate at a thickness of 8 - 10 mm, a 25 kg bag approximately covers 2 m2
Application steps

SUBSTRATE QUALITY

Suitable Substrates

  • Masonry substrates, can be used in conjunction with stainless steel lath with supplementary mechanical fixings.
  • Dubbing out existing render.
  • Existing dash finish in conjuction with Sika mesh and fixings according to specification
     

Unsuitable Substrates

  • Gypsum plaster.
  • Themalite type block.
  • Painted surfaces.
  • CP board.

MIXING

  • Mix with 3.9-4.2 litres of clean potable water no other material should be added.
  • Mixed by a concrete mixer, paddle mixer or render pump.
  • Mix for approximately five minutes.
  • Care should be taken not to over mix or over trowel.
