County Durham
Three new luxury developments in County Durham have specified Sika Render as a façade finish to the energy-efficient properties at Bowes Manor, Lionfields and Wynyard Woods.
Bowes Manor is a luxury development of 46 new homes, Lionfields, an exclusive development of 57 four, five and six bedroom detached new homes, and Wynyard Woods a beautiful new development of 143 four, five and six bedroom properties.
Edendene Construction Services Ltd, a registered installer for Sika render products, were appointed by Robertson Homes to apply the Sika dry dash render to the properties, to complement the contrasting brickwork design and provide an attractive, durable finish to the façades.
SikaWall-100 base coat in white was applied to the dense, concrete blockwork, followed by SikaWall-530 dry dash top coat, also in white. Dolowhite coloured dry dash aggregate was then hand-applied to the top coat to provide the final façade finish. SikaWall-530 is a through-coloured mineral render, available in a range of colours, and is a trusted and reliable render product used on new build or refurbished properties. The Sika products were sourced locally from stockist Durham Render Centre, ensuring quick and easy availability to meet site demands.
