SikaEmaco® N 5200

(former MEmaco N 5200)
Universal, fast setting, polymer modified, fibre reinforced repair and levelling mortar from 3 to 100 mm thickness
  • Formulated with nanotechnology to minimise shrinkage and crack tendency.
  • Superb application properties and feel on the trowel.
  • Smooth, creamy but non-slump mortar.
  • Excellent high build capacity - can be applied 80 - 100 mm in horizontal or vertical applications in one layer, or even 70 – 80 mm overhead.
  • Easy to create profiles and corners without formwork.
  • Can be used as cosmetic and patch repair mortar in one.
  • It can be overcoated in only 4 hours (at +20 °C)
  • Good strength development exceeding the requirement of class R2 according to EN 1504-3
  • Low modulus of elasticity.
  • Basically self-curing

SikaEmaco® S 420

(former MEmaco S 420)
Rapid Setting, High Strength Structural Repair Mortar, Regulation 31 Approved for use in Contact with Potable Water
  • Separate primers and bonding coats are not required, allowing for complete repair in a single operation with substantial time savings.
  • Easy to mix and use.
  • Rapid-setting qualities provide high production rates saving access and labour costs.
  • High performance for extreme durability and protection of embedded reinforcement.
  • Regulation 31 approved for contact with potable water after just three days curing.
  • Can be applied at thicknesses 10 to 50mm per layer.

SikaEmaco® S 5400

(former MEmaco S 5400)
Extra high-strength, shrinkage compensated, fibre reinforced, thixotropic structural repair mortar, class R4 acc. to EN 1504-3; 5 to 50 mm application thickness
  • Can be applied inside and outside, on vertical and overhead surfaces, in dry and wet environments.
  • Formulated with nanotechnology, shrinkage compensation systems and fibre reinforcement (polyacrylonitryl fibres) to minimise crack tendency.
  • Highly thixotropic - can be applied up to 50 mm without the need of secondary reinforcement.
  • High early and ultimate strengths.
  • Outstanding workability for easy placing and finishing.
  • High modulus and excellent adhesion to host concrete ensuring load transfer.
  • Excellent freeze / thaw resistance.
  • High carbonation resistance.
  • Sulphate resistant.
  • Very low permeability to water and chlorides.
 

SikaEmaco® S 5450 PG

(former MEmaco S 5450PG)
High-strength, shrinkage compensated, fibre reinforced, flowable concrete repair mortar, Class R4; 20 to 200 mm application layer thickness
  • Formulated with nanotechnology to minimise shrinkage and crack tendency.
  • No segregation or bleeding.
  • Long open time.
  • High flow for full compaction even in areas with congested steelwork.
  • For hand or machine application.
  • For concrete replacements up to 200 mm in a single layer.
  • Can be extended with clean, dry aggregate for applications exceeding 200 mm thickness.
  • Good strength development exceeding requirement of Class R4 of EN 1504-3.
  • Extra low shrinkage for durability.
  • Only simple standard surface preparation required.
  • Excellent freeze / thaw resistance.
  • High carbonation resistance.
  • Sulphate resistant.
  • Very low permeability to water and chlorides.
  • Can be used in contact with drinking water. 

SikaEmaco® T 1100 TIX

(former MEmaco T 1100TIX)
Rapid setting and hardening, extra high-strength, shrinkage compensated, thixotropic traffic repair mortar
  • Ultra rapid strength build-up, can be opened to all traffic in just 2 hours (at +20 °C)
  • Excellent application properties
  • Higher thickness possible with the addition of gravel
  • Can be used at sub-zero temperatures as low as -5°C.
  • Very high early and final strengths.
  • Excellent adhesion and excellent durability.
  • Extra low shrinkage for durability.
  • Minimized cracking tendency due to constrained shrinkage by PAN fibres.
  • Excellent freeze-thaw resistance.
  • Very good reinforcement protection due to very low water absorption and good carbonation resistance.
  • Very good skid resistance, even in wet conditions.
  • High resistance to hydrocarbons.

  • Ultra rapid strength build-up, SikaEmaco® T 1200 PG can be opened to all traffic in just 2 hours (at +20 °C)
  • Excellent application properties
  • Higher thickness possible with the addition of gravel
  • Flowable or fluid consistency for ease of application.
  • Can be used at sub-zero temperatures as low as -5°C.
  • Very high early and final strengths.
  • Excellent adhesion and excellent durability.
  • Extra low shrinkage a minimized cracking tendency due to constrained shrinkage by PAN fibres.
  • Excellent freeze-thaw resistance.

  • Ultra rapid strength build-up, SikaEmaco® T 1400 FR can be opened to all traffic in just 2 hours at +20 °C
  • Excellent application properties
  • Higher thickness possible with the addition of gravel
  • Flowable consistency for ease of application.
  • Can be used at sub-zero temperatures as low as -5°C.
  • Ultra high ductility due to the special metallic fibres.
  • Resists high dynamic loads or impact.

(former MEmaco T 545)
Magnesia-phosphate cement based, fast setting, flowable concrete repair mortar for application down to -10 °C
  • Ready-to-use powder, only to be mixed with water.
  • User friendly: low odour, no hazardous labelling.
  • No additional bonding primer required, excellent adhesion to concrete and other mineral substrates.
  • Flowable consistency for ease of application.
  • Ultra-rapid strength build-up, can be opened to traffic in 1 hour (at +20 °C), minimum delay to traffic and production.
  • Can be used at sub-zero temperatures down to -10 °C.
  • High early and final strengths.
  • CE-certified as Class R4 concrete repair mortar according to EN 1504-3.
  • High freeze-thaw and de-icing salt resistance, can be used for exposure class XF4 as described in EN 206.
  • Equipment to be cleaned simply with water.
  • No curing required.
