Appointment Boost for Sales Team

Bill Woodham will lead the company’s 14-strong Target Market team based in Preston.

Bill joined Sika in April, having spent the previous five years as Regional Sales Director at Celotex Insulation. His new role involves managing sales of products from Sika’s extensive resin flooring range which are suitable for a variety of commercial and industrial applications.

Explaining his decision to move companies, Bill said: “In my previous role I’d been responsible for developing strategies and operational procedures in order to create a high-performance culture. Once I’d achieved that it was time for me to seek a new challenge, and Sika being a globally respected brand presented an opportunity I needed to explore”

Bill is looking forward to the tests that a new market sector brings, Bill said the change of market isn’t the least bit daunting and a welcome challenge. “I’m really looking forward to learning a completely new market,” he said. “The role is incredibly exciting and also presents a great opportunity for personal development. I’ve already set a number of targets I’d like us as a department to achieve in my first 90 days at Sika. We have a fantastic team and a superb product range, so I’m extremely confident in our future success.”
