Opened bags should be closed immediately and used up as soon as possible. Do not store below +5°C floor temperature.

Sikafloor®-200 Level can be overcoated as follow:

• Up to 60 mm after approx. 4 hours for ceramic coverings on concrete and cementious screeds interior

All values are approximate and are subject to climatic fluctuations. Values given with 20°C and 65 % rel. humidity, temperature of substrate +15 °C.

Ready for foot traffic after approx. 4 hours.

For 25.0 kg Sikafloor®-200 Level approx. 4.5 l water. Add Sikafloor®-200 Level to cold clean water to form a homogeneous mixture Using a clean receptacle. Use of a mixer with disc stirring rod is recommended.

• After mixing spread Sikafloor®-200 Level using a suitable tool (surface blade) and remove the entrapped air using a spike roller.
• Edge and movement joints must be brought through to the finished surface and should be protected against levelling compound to run in.

• For normal absorbent substrates such as cement screeds, rapid cement screeds prime the surface with Sikafloor®-01 Primer (1:5) or Sikafloor®-03 Primer
• For non-absorbent, smooth, sound substrates such as old water resistant adhesive residues, ceramic tiles, prime the surface with Sikafloor®-02 Primer
• For calcium sulphate substrates such as calcium sulphate screeds, prime with Sikafloor®-01 Primer (1:1), drying time at least 24 hours or with the product Sikafloor®-03 Primer, drying time at least 1 hour.

• For exterior use and high layer thicknesses prime the surface with Sikafloor®-01 Primer (1:3) or with Sikafloor®-03 Primer (drying time approx. 15- 30 minutes)

• On concrete the levelling works should be applied to an adequate thickness and surface flatness as stipulated by the manufacturer of the tile or flooring finish.
• Carry out preparatory work such as filling joints, evening out hollows and unevenness using a suitable Sika sturdy repair mortar.
• If a second layer of levelling compound is to be applied, the first levelling com pound layer should be primed with Sikafloor®-01 Primer (1:1) or with the primer Sikafloor®-03 Primer. The maximum layer thickness may not be exceeded in case of two layer application. The second layer may not exceed the layer thickness of the first.
