Polymeric strengthening (PS) compound for SikaInject® Acrylate Resins

SikaInject-315 PS is a polymeric strengthening compound for the acrylate resin SikaInject-304 DE PS compound is used instead of water for preparation of component B Use with further SikaInject-3** acrylate resins on request

Usage

  • Sealing of cracks, joints and cavities in concrete, masonry or in the ground
  • Sealing of all types of leaking building components in damp or water saturated ground
  • Filling/sealing of annular gaps in tunneling or shaft structures

Application

Application steps

MIXING

SikaInject®-315 PS is used instead of water for preparing component B of SikaInject®-304 DE.

At least 3 minutes of mixing are required for dissolving the part B (salt).

The component B prepared in this way is ready-for-use and remains stable for ~ 5 hours (depending on temperature).

The product is pumped in a mixing ratio of 1 : 1 (parts by volume, A : B) using a 2-component injection pump.
