Ferndown House, in the Saunton Sands area of North Devon, is a property constructed to overlook the stunning views of the North Devon Biosphere Nature Reserve. Ferndown House will be an eight-bedroom property with a swimming pool, cinema, gym and bar located in the basement.

December 2019 saw Renderseal Ltd work alongside main contractor, Centurion Swimming Pools Ltd, to waterproof a large swimming pool at a private residence in Brompton Square, Knightsbridge.

Sika’s provision of a waterproofing solution for a high-end commercial refurbishment ensured the valuable building’s long-term protection against water ingress.

For the transformation of commercial below ground coal vaults into modern storage spaces a proven waterproof system was required to eliminate the long-term threat of ingress.

In Q4 2019 Renderseal Ltd worked alongside main contractor, Crystal Clear Building Solutions, to waterproof a basement and swimming pool at a property on Beltane Drive, Wimbledon. This was an extension project of approx. 250m2.

Renderseal Ltd specified Sika’s waterproofing products as the ideal solution for a newly constructed lift pit in new build apartments in Ruislip.

The Manchester Engineering Campus Development at a cost of around 400 Million GBP, is a seven-year project that will deliver a new home for engineering at The University of Manchester.

Situated at the former Leith Walk tram depot. A derelict brownfield site has been transformed into The Engine Yard, a mixed-use development comprising 377 apartments, duplexes and penthouses.

This access shaft at the new Farringdon Underground Station, is part of the new Crossrail project, which will link Maidenhead and Heathrow in the west to Shenfield and Abbey Wood in the east, via 21km twin-bore tunnels running under central London. On completion, the Farringdon Interchange will link with London Underground and Thameslink and will become one of Britain’s busiest train stations.
