SikaInject® Tricodur SI

Polymer modified, 2-component, micro-cement injection grout designed for sealing voids and injection hoses

Usage

SikaInject® Tricodur SI injection grout is used for the sealing and grouting of voids and defects in concrete and masonry, and the grouting of injection hoses.

Storage Conditions

SikaInject® Tricodur SI must be stored in original, unopened and undamaged sealed packaging in dry conditions at temperatures between +10 °C and +25 °C. Always refer to packaging.

Consumption

Yield

15 kg SikaInject® Tricodur SI + 10 kg SikaInject® Tricodur SI-IH (injection support) = approx. 15 L
Application steps

MIXING

  • Place 10 kg of the injection support (SikaInject Tricodur SI-IH) in a suitable mixing vessel.
  • Slowly add 15 kg SikaInject® Tricodur SI (1 bag), mixing at low speed.
  • Increase the mixing speed to ≤3000 RPM and mix for at least 5 minutes.

CLEANING OF TOOLS

Clean all tools and application equipment with water directly after work. Hardened material can only be removed mechanically.
