SikaShield Range

The SikaShield® Pro range of reinforced bituminous membranes combines the flexibility and tensile strength of SBS-modified compounds with the UV-resistant properties of APAO. These systems are designed to deliver verified waterproofing performance in accordance with EN 13707:2004+A2:2009 and are compatible with a range of application methods, including torch-on and cold-applied techniques.

The SikaShield® Pro range includes self-adhesive membranes designed for flame-free installation methods, supporting specifications aligned with Safe2Torch guidance. These systems are suitable for use in environments where hot works are restricted, subject to correct installation and project-specific assessment.

System Features

  • Torch-on and self-adhesive bituminous membranes available for a range of roofing applications
  • Hybrid cap sheet incorporating SBS and APAO-modified bitumen to deliver defined flexibility and UV resistance, supported by testing to EN 13707
  • Classified BROOF(t4) in accordance with BS EN 13501-5:2016 for specific system build-ups
  • Independently assessed and certified by the British Board of Agrément (BBA Certificate No. 19/5716 )
