The SikaShield® Classic range of reinforced bituminous membranes is developed using APP-modified bitumen. This formulation supports application using heat-applied methods and contributes to the membrane’s performance characteristics, including flexibility and thermal stability, as verified through testing to relevant standards.
The SikaShield® Classic range includes self-adhesive membranes designed for flame-free installation methods, supporting specifications aligned with Safe2Torch guidance. These systems are suitable for use in environments where hot works are restricted, subject to correct installation and project-specific assessment.
