Following the success of its popular and well-established Tricoflex® jointing system, Sika has launched the Sikadur Combiflex® TF System – a next generation unique sealing system that offers a strong and versatile solution for practically all joint types.
Users will be impressed by the product’s flexibility and sealing possibilities, as the brand-new system allows variable and high-level movement in one or more directions, whilst also offering a high-quality, watertight seal.
How does Sikadur Combiflex® TF System work?
Combining a range of jointing tapes and waterbar profiles, made of thermoplastic elastomers (TPE), with an epoxy resin-based system adhesive, the system can be used before or after concreting for many sealing applications in the building.
Whether application is needed at the base slab, in the wall, or in the ceiling area, the product can be used effectively in an array of different spaces.
Typical applications
- Basements

"Our innovative Sikadur-Combiflex® TF System is unique not only because it offers a complete, certified solution but also because it can be used both before and after concreting has taken place – something that sets it apart from similar products. Due to its high chemical resistance, maximum elasticity providing a watertight result and its resistance against root penetration, weather and UV-rays, the product is suitable to be used in almost any environment. The system also delivers high chemical resistance offering protection against Radon, the colourless, odourless, radioactive gas." Dan Clark, Product Engineer at Sika
