Sikafloor® Comfort Adhesive
2-PART PUR PART OF THE SIKA®-COMFORTFLOOR® FLOORING RANGE
Sikafloor®-Comfort Adhesive is a two-part, total solid, low VOC, PUR used to adhere Sikafloor®-Comfort Regupol 6015H and Sikafloor®-Comfort Regupol 4580.

Usage
- Durable high quality adhesive, used to permanently adhere prefabricated granular rubber on concrete and cementitious screeds.

APPROVALS / STANDARDS
- Coating for concrete protection according to the requirements of EN 1504-2:2004), DoP 01 08 01 040400000004 1041 certified by Factory Production Control Body, 0620 and provided with the CE-mark.
- Fire classification acc. to EN 13501-1, Test report 08-198, Ghent University.
- Emission tested according to AgBB-scheme and guidelines of the DiBt. According to ISO-16000, Eurofins Report No. 771284A.

Storage Conditions
The packaging must be stored properly in original, unopened and undamaged sealed packaging, in dry conditions at temperatures between +5°C and +30°C.

Dew Point
Beware of condensation!
The substrate and uncured floor must be at least 3°C above dew point to reduce the risk of condensation or blooming on the floor finish.

Consumption
Strongly depending on subfloor, usually 0.45 – 0.90 kg/m².
MIXING
Premix the A Component and check the condition of the material. Add the complete contents of the B Component and mix A and B thoroughly to a homogeneous mixture. Do not dilute!
Over mixing must be avoided to minimise air entrainment.
Mixing Tools
Sikafloor®-Comfort Adhesive must be thoroughly mixed using a low speed electric stirrer (300 - 400 rpm) or other suitable equipment.
APPLICATION
Sikafloor®-Comfort Ahesive is poured and spread evenly by means of a metal trowel.
CLEANING OF TOOLS
Clean all tools and application equipment with Thinner C immediately after use. Hardened and/or cured material can only be removed mechanically.
