Sikafloor®-100 Level

POLYMER MODIFIED CEMENTITIOUS FLOOR LEVELLING COMPOUND FOR 1-10 MM. C25-F6.

Very low emission cement based self-levelling compound suitable for interior areas. Sikafloor®-100 Level is characterised by good working properties. Suitable for castor chair rollers according to EN 12 529.

Usage

Sikafloor®-100 Level is suitable for filling, smoothing and levelling of the suitable substrates before applying textile and elastic floor coverings in interior areas.

Waiting Time / Overcoating

Sikafloor®-100 Level can be overcoated as follow:

  • Up to 3 mm after approx. 24 hours for all kind of coverings
  • Up to 5 mm after approx. 48 hours for all kind of coverings

All values are approximate and are subject to climatic fluctuations. Values given with 20°C and 65 % rel. humidity, temperature of substrate +15 °C.

Applied Product Ready for Use

Ready for foot traffic after approx. 3 hours.

Application steps

MIXING

For 25.0 kg Sikafloor®-100 Level approx. 6.0 l water. Add Sikafloor®-100 Level to cold clean water to form a homogeneous mixture using a clean receptacle. Use of a mixer with disc stirring rod is recommended. After a short waiting time, mix again thoroughly.

 

APPLICATION

  • After mixing pour out the levelling compound and spread using a smoothing trowel. Even surfaces are easily achieved with a suitable notched trowel.
  • In the case of higher layer-thickness, contact with vertical structures should be avoided by putting in a perimeter isolating strip.
  • Carry out preparatory work - such as filling joints, evening out hollows and unevenness - using a suitable Sika repair mortar.
  • For normal absorbent substrates such as cement screeds, rapid cement screeds, concrete prime with Sikafloor®-01 Primer (1:3) or Sikafloor®-03 Primer
  • For calcium sulphate substrates such as calcium sulphate screeds prime with Sikafloor®-03 Primer (drying time 60 minutes) or Sikafloor®-01 Primer (1:1) / (drying time at least 24 hours).
  • For old water resistant adhesive residues, prime with Sikafloor®-01 Primer (neat).

CLEANING OF TOOLS

Immediately after use clean tools with water.
