Tailored Solutions for all your aviation facilities

Every part of an airport construction has unique requirements, from the terminal building envelope to the runway, and will be exposed to many risks, either during construction or post completion. However, water ingress and aggressive pollutants remain the biggest threats. It is therefore critical that airport buildings have a high performance “envelope” that provides secure and unyielding protection from these elements and that the airside facilities such as aircraft stands and taxi-ways are durable, with low maintenance.

Sika produces a wide range of quality products and systems that can waterproof and protect, seal, bond, strengthen, reinforce, and when necessary, repair the buildings, aprons, taxi-ways and runways. Sika building envelope technologies simultaneously promote functionality, enhance the appearance, and extend the service life of buildings.

Sika understands the specific requirements of aviation facilities and can offer tailored solutions and expertise for all areas, ensuring an efficient facility as well as a comfortable and attractive environment for both travellers and staff.
